Our online system does not allow to choose the single dates. Please write in the note box when you pay which date you want to attend. Otherwise you can write an email in advance to us.
CANCELATION AND REFUND
1 CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
1.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to two weeks before the course start date. Under these circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of course fees, less the required deposit fee for the course purchased. The deposit for this course is 400,00 Euros.
1.2 If you wish to cancel within one week or less days of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund.
1.3 If you have booked a course within two weeks of its start date, conditions 1.2 will apply.
1.4 Refunds of cash bookings can only be made by bank transfer.
1.5 We can not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs that you may have incurred as a result of booking a BFS course.
1.6 If you are refused entry to the Germany, you will not be eligible for a refund of course fees.
1.7 If you require a visa for entry to the Germany and your visa is delayed, you will also not be eligible for a refund of course fees. At our discretion, however, we will consider transferring you to another course at a later date.
1.8 Cancellation requests must be made in writing to berlinflowerschool@gmail.com
Please note that refunds can take up to three weeks to process.
2 CANCELLATIONS BY US
2.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be canceled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.
2.2 If we cancel a course we shall endeavor to give you at least one week’s notice. You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks.
2.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee.
3 NON-ATTENDANCE
3.1 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.
3.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
PAYMENT
You can pay via Paypal or via credit and debit card.
There is also the possibillity to pay via invoice, but the payment has to trasfered within three days.
